Welcome to Sehome High School athletics. Please read the following if you desire to participate in our interscholasic activities. You are eligible only if you:

1. Are living with your parents in a residence located within our school district boundaries.

2. Attended school last semester (or trimester).

3. Passed four (4) full-time subjects or earned at least two (2) credits while enrolled at least half the school day.

4. Have been in high school no more than four (4) consecutive years after your first entry in the ninth grade.

5. Are not over the age of 19.

6. Have completed a physical examination during the past 13 months.

7. Have transferred to this school for reasons other than to participate in athletics.

8. Are not a professional athlete in the sport you wish to participate.

9. Do not use, provide others, or possess a legend drug and have not violated this school's policies or codes on alcohol and tobacco.

To be eligible to compete against another school team or opponent, you must first:

1. Be living with parents in this school district.

2. Be academically eligible in this school.

3. Complete the required number of practice days.

4. Have attended school at least 15 weeks of the previous semester (10 weeks of trimester).

5. Be declared eligible by the principal.
