ANNOUNCEMENT: Grading has begun!

On the block days Oct. 7 & 8, students will receive their first graded assignments. It is the "Introduction to World Religions" packet. We will be working on this packet in class and it will appear in the gradebook when we are done with it. This may take a few days.

 It is important to remember that students are encouraged to put forth their best effort at all times.Revision opportunities are allowed, but only if the original work represents the best of what the student could do at the time (before new learning) AND the student requests the revision. Revisions must be requested!!

 My goal is to make the classroom a place for active learning and thoughtfulness, and home a place for reflection and just being a human. Therefore, students will continue to have little homework in this class.

 As previously stated, help is available for students who need it. My room is open before school, during 2nd lunch, and after school for students to get help, use the computers, or have a quiet and safe place to work.
